There are 4 steps to creating a project:

• Add a Project
• Add a Drawing
• Add a Position
• Add a 360° Image

1. Add A Project (Team Owner and Team Admin only)

Tap Add Project

Add your project information

• Add your project name
• Add your address (not required)
• When you have finished your project information, tap Create

2. Add your Drawing

Select your project

Tap Add Drawing

You can upload a drawing from your camera, library, PDF or a blank drawing

Tap the location of your drawing

Type the name of your drawing and tap Save

3. Add Position

Select your drawing

Tap Add Position

• Tap the position on your drawing where you are going to add/take a 360° image 
• Tap Save

4. Add 360° Image using your THETA or Library

Select the Add Photos button

Adding from THETA

If not already done, connect to your RICOH THETA to Wi-Fi

• 1. Select Unable to Connect RICOH THETA. Please Connect RICOH THETA.
  2. Turn on the THETA and tap Next.
  3. Confirm what is displayed and tap Go to Setting
  4. Allow access for Projects to access your photos
  5. Select the THETA Wi-Fi Network
  6. Enter your THETA Password (found on the bottom of your THETA, all numbers, for example if you see YN30123456 your password is 30123456
  7. Tap Connect
  8. Return to the RICOH360 Projects app

Press the blue shutter button on the screen or the shutter button of the RICOH THETA

Press Save to save your image

Adding from your Photo Library

Tap Library

Select the folder that has your 360° image, select the image and Save

Your 360° image has been added!

Repeat above steps 3 and 4 to digitize your construction site with all of your 360° images!
