Troubleshooting - When images saved on iPhone/iPad cannot be uploaded to RICOH360 Projects

If you are unable to select images saved on your iPhone/iPad from the RICOH360 Projects app, please follow the steps below to check your settings.


  1. Select iOS Settings then select Projects from the list of apps and grant access to All Photos as follows
    • Photos: All Photos
