Subscription Overview

• RICOH360 Projects is a subscription based service.  Subscriptions can be Annual or Monthly.

• You choose the number of members from the selected options.
• Subscriptions are prepaid, either monthly or annual. Annual plans are billed up front.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the anniversary date of the original subscription.

Change/Cancel Subscription

• For monthly plan, you can upgrade/downgrade the number of members at any point.
• For annual plan, you can upgrade the number of members at any point.
• For annual plan, you can downgrade the number of members 30 days prior to the end of your annual subscription.
• You can update from a monthly plan to annual plan at any point.
• You can update from an annual plan to a monthly plan 30 days prior to the end of your annual subscription.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle.
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled prior to the next annual billing.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable.
